HP External CDRW doesn't eject unless I restart the computer. Does anyone know the cause or have you seen this before. I tried ejecting with the button, and thru right clicking. Neither way works unless I restart. Thanks

What software are you using, might be locking the drive.......

Direct CD can cause this// Take it out of startup.
