Mr_Miyagi May 20th, 2001, 02:25 PM hi Harald, please could you explain in more detail about your cd drive and your computer? From your description, i take it you have a scsi cdrom drive that does not work, is that correct? If that is correct, what scsi controller board do you have in your pc? Is this cdrom new to your computer? What other things have changed, for example the o/s... look forward to hearing from you! Mayet May 20th, 2001, 05:17 PM Have you installed all the 2000 drivers for your CD-Rom and your SCSI card. The SCSI card may be sharing an address with another device and conflicting. If it defaults to IRQ 11 and another device is using this address you may have to change the address of the SCSI card to one between 9-12. :) condor May 20th, 2001, 06:51 PM your SCSI CD-ROM is Win2k Compatible.. my Guess is that the SCSI Host Adapter is n't installed of nor working properly.. if you're not sure what SCSI card you have use this program http://www.hwinfo.com and get us the details of your card.. we can help finding the driver for it. windrivers.com
