BEST FREE PERSONAL SITE?

I´m building my personal home page, in which I´ll show my 3d art and such, and I´d like to know which is the best provider (no pop-up banners, min. 10 mb space, no junk-mail-advertising-garbage-andthelike-longURL and stuff).

PS: I´m doing that to earn $ from my art, so it´s best if the provider doesn´t cares about it.

The page is in German but if you use Babelfish to translate you get the gist.
They give 20 Megs webspace, a fairly speedy ftp, no ads, banners, or pop-ups, and they don't care if the page is for personal or business use. The address of your site would be <a href="http://www.8ung.at/yourusername" target="_blank">http://www.8ung.at/yourusername</a>
