Its a lovely Saturday morning and me and the husband actually get to wake up together.
Well he is making his all out best in the World Keith Eggs.
Those are some wonderful scamble eggs mixed with his own special seasons and a touch of some Louisiana Hot sauce with some nice Salami and some brown sugared ham.. Ohh man what a Husband.
And he just mentioned Keith Burgers tommorow.

Personally you cannot whack a Bacon sandwich, especially after a night on the sauce (Drink, to none UK residents). Goes down like a pint of engine oil on a cold day.
However, I am on a more healty diet at the moment. So a bowl cereal and/or toast normally with Coffee.

So does drinking a pint of oil. A good thick glass of Guinness is a great way for me to wake up too. That or a bagel and cream cheese and 36 oz of coffee.

MY GOD, I can see a nasty trend here - COKE for breakfast....Yuck, I like it - but not for breakfast.
There is a chemical in Coke (and some other soft drinks, but mostly Coke/pepsi/cola) that is an acid. A tablespoon of this stuff will kill you - stone dead. Trust me on this I used to work in a soft drinks company as a quality tester. Think what that stuff is doing to your insides especially first thing on a morning.
I'm not trying to lecture you, what you eat is up to you. A more healty breakfast means you can face the users with a smile and not try to kill them at 9:05 when they cannot remeber their password.

Phosphoric acid. Melts your bones. Plus there is a chemical in it that after it has gone through your liver is chemically almost identical to the drug Ecstasy. And god forbid you should switch to Diet Coke, it's got all this stuff PLUS even worse crap...
