Does anyone know of any good IP tracer programs that are available, are there any to avoid. They need to be compatible with XP aswell. Cheers

When the Command Prompt Comes up it will bring up a black screen....Now don't be scared it's only a DOS emulator...It won't bite Then Type in Tracert.exe or just Tracert and the IP address, or the website.. and bingo... I have the older version of this I like it..has more features then tracert, but same premise.
