Floppy Drive Problem

I've installed winXP Professional, and as soon as I enable floppy drive in XP, it crashes consequently. But if i remove floppy drive from XP it works completely fine.

I've tried changing floppy drive, motherboard but nothing works.

Crashes...in what way?
What error message? Or does it just reboot?
If it just reboots, you need to set XP to not reboot on error, right click my computer, properties, advanced tab, startup and recovery button, uncheck automatically restart. That way you will get to see what the error is.
