Change Drive Letter for CD?

How do you change the drive letter of your CD-ROM in XP? I knew how to do it in 2k and 9x. But it is no longer listed under the Hardware manager in it's properties box.

The same as it is done in W2K. Right-click on My Computer and choose Manage from the menu. Go to Disk Management and right click on the drive and choose "Change Drive Letter and Paths..."
