How can I make the same desktop icons and local user settings appear for every user that logs on including access to all programs like Outlook and so forth. It creates different ones that are not the same. I would like to be able to use the original persons profile as the same for all the others.

It looks like it should work with XP. The User Profiles / Settings button is on the System Properties / Advanced tab in XP.
