Computers and network description.
Two Win2k Pro and one WinXP Pro computers running on a 10 Mbit workgroup network.
I have the following problem.
When trying to connect from one W2k computer that is logged in as user2 to the WinXP that is logged in as user1 I receive the following message:
Login failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at the computer
user1 on the other W2k computer has no problem.
I have set up all the shares with correct shares / permissions and user1 and 2 accounts are both identical on all three computers.
When I login as user2 on the WinXP, user2 can connect from either W2k but not user1.
Am I missing something fundamental here? Never had this problem with W2k.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks,
Ewan
