I've looked at it a bit. It seems to have some pretty nice features but I haven't really tested any of them for stability or anything. It does do a pretty good job of killing pop-ups and banner ads....

Ya the banner ads was the reason I downloaded it so far so go no problems yet

But is there ever alot of tweaks in that download some I don't even know what to do with.

Tweak XP is one of the better ones out there. Why this piece of software isn't free I don't know :D :D :D You would have thought that MS would have included a Pop-Up killer & Ad Blocker within IE by now :D :D :D Oh I forgot, IE is an advert isn't it???? :D

The version I have here, places hidden registry entries to stop you doing that.

Really where does it say that?
And if so lets do a search on the registry every month too.

I use TweakXP. It's much the same as TweakUI but rather than putting a contrll panel item in, you just have to run an executable. I use it to move around my special folders (favourites etc...) to my data drive and change a few of the visual effects.

I use xteq setup (www.xteq.com). used it in win 98 and 2k instead of MS's powertoys--
