Dump an Outlook shortcut into your Start | Program Files | Startup folder. Be sure you modify the shortcut to start "minimized" if you don't want it coming up in your face every time at startup... http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/smilies/cwm3.gif

The easiest way is to create a shortcut to Outlook (or any other program you want to start at boot-up) into the Start-Up folder.
You can get to this folder a couple of different ways. My preferred method is to right click on the start button and choose explore. This takes you directly into the start menu, then double click on the Programs folder, then double click on the Start Up folder. From here, I have to assume you know how to create a program shortcut.
Don't load the start up folder up with too many things as every program that runs also takes up memory. Also be careful to not remove anything from the folder if you aren't sure what it is.
