[RESOLVED] Cell Note

My boss is having a problem when he hits ctrl N and brings up the window to insert a cell note he try's to move around with the arrow keys you know to edit the text instead it starts to shoot out formulas in the box and moves the cell hilighted on the spreadsheet instead of the position of the sentence he is on.... any sugestions?

Hi ... I assume you mean Excel... but I can't see, what you want to do with ctrl-N - in my case I would open a new excel-book then (so I'm really unsure of your problem)

It's really a weird behavior... I can't see any relations between arrows keys used on notes and Excel starting formulas.

Does the note window open when your boss hit Ctrl+N? When the cell note window is open, Excel just allows input to these window, so it seems to be very weird...

Configuration? I didn't find anything in the options menu... Maybe Virus? Who knows?

Try to get more information about this, it could be useful.
