Just installed Office 2k Premium on User's new Dell Latitude laptop. Turns out he can't use his offline folders. I check out the settings and then attempt to synchronize but I get an erro in the synch log that "The client operation failed Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store" when I click on the link that provides info, it is a Microsoft article saying certain dll files may have been ruined and to repair them with instructions how.
I looked for those files and they are not in the proper places. Any idea why not? I am tryin to copy the files into the proper directory, but one of the files is not even there.
Has anybody had such a problem ?
