HI!
I have this outlook account checking a couple of e-mail accounts.
Does anyone knows what I have to do if I want that the outgoing mail goes by the name of a especific e-mail account.?
I donīt know if I made myself clear. But here a ej:
E-mail accounts :
1. xxx@flashmail.com
2. xxx@racsa.co.cr
3. xxx@css.co.cr
And when I send mail I need this :
FROM : xxx@racsa.co.cr
TO : xxxxxxxxx
Thanks for your time.OK

Don't have Outlook on my system just now but in Outlook Express it will match whichever account is set to default.

You can have multiple accounts in Outlook 2000. You just have to set the one you want to be your outgoing as the Default. Another tip would be to set the reply-to addy on the other accounts to the default one, just in case.

If you click on the 'dropdown' arrow next to send , it will list the Accounts that you have setup and then you can choose which one you want to use to send the mail with.
