Excell templete problem

I use a built in templete in Excell and saved it as a templete. 2 problems accure. One the form shows in color but will only print in black and white. it shows in B/W in print preveiw. Two, any way to set the taps to stay in the field of the form? You can tap off the end of the form.

For the color printing problem:

1. It will always show as B&W in the print preview.
2. Did you make sure Black & White is unchecked under the Sheet tab in the page setup properties? If that's not the problem, check the color printer's settings.

As for your other problem, I really didn't understand the question.
