I have a problem with Outlook hanging when I launch it. When I view Task Manager it doesn't show it not responding. I can then open OutLook Express and it will open fine but when I check mail, it will error and tell me TCP not responding on port 110. Outlook 2000 will just sit there and loop & loop.....

It has been working fine for months. I uninstalled Office 2000 and reinstalled it and get the same error. The only other thing going on is I'm running Norton Antivirus Popproxy.

Anyone have any ideas?
