Windrivers is an awesome site for Windows. But, it's not much on C++. I think it's just because the great people of WinDrivers are here for Windows and not C++.
I've scavanged the net for a great forum/library/resource site and have been unsuccessful. The best I've hit is devx.com and I have to believe there is something better. Does anyone have a favorite site for all thier C++ needs?

That's MAHDI to you :) The only breasts I have are my wife's and she wants them back soon :p
It is very hard to find any good C++ sites on the web that don't want to sell you a book or something. The only nice general site I can think of would be Code Box (http://code.box.sk) You can find lots of links there to other helpful sites (also some good books too).

Believe it or not, www.vb-world.net (http://www.vb-world.net) has a C++ forum. Not nearly as much traffic as the VB forum, but more than this thing probably (I don't know though).
