I am stumped with this one. Some people were installing interent software from the local isp(big). They apprantly could not get past the 'content security password.' which had to be entered.! If there not careful the hard drive could be lost. ?? I havn't had a look my self. though
any ideas .

Interesting. Have you looked to see if they have the content editor enabled in IE? This sounds like it. As for the loose your hard drive thing - maye it actually said loose the data being written to the hard drive or something. Users rarely if ever give you the full story.

This sounds a lot like the content filter in IE. I had a problem with that once. Someone had enabled it, and forgot the password. I never did figure out how to get past it. Fortunately, the person finally guessed the password.
