Fullyes? Ever heard of them?

Hello, I have a Fullyes mobo with the Intel 82440LX chipset. Does anyone have any documentation regarding this board. When it boots up, it shows the standard Award BIOS screen and the CPU info looks like this:

-MMX CPU at 450MHz

I have a Celeron 300a with a slocket adapter. Any advice would be appreciated.
