Milenko was all up for the idea of the new maps thing. With a little change of the Message of the Day on Excessive he can list an email address or website.

Soooooo.... post up some links or pics or links and pics of some new maps and we can vote on it.

I dont know about you guys but I say (and this is just my personal opinion....) to STAY AWAY from space maps.

Howcome? I played on a few, it's quite difficult to keep from falling, but other than that it seems to be pretty cool. Just curious.. .

That is why! LOL My 8 yr old son just LOVES space maps for some unknown reason. I will go over and check his score when he is playing a skirmish game against bots and I swear his score once was -25!!! And he still loves them!!!! I guess he just loves the falling portion. :confused: :confused: <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

LOL !

In reality though, once off of the platform (held there by artificial gravity) shouldn’t we just drift away into space instead of falling?

Idea for a space mod – float off of the platform and once in space you become a giant bull’s eye for everyone. ??

Well I guess this game threw reality out the door when they did the space maps.

One thing that ALWAYS drives me nuts is on a space map and I would be in mid air, someone would hit me with a few dozen or so shots (we're talking Excessive here...) and it catapult me over the edge, I fall to my death, minus one frag.
