It dont matter if you play UT (we understand that you may not have had the fortune to play Q3 yet.... ;) ;) ) or Quake 3 or Quake 2 or Half Life or whatever....

What are some of your favorite mods for what game?

Counter Strike for half life. Although there are getting to be a lot of cheats out for these games it was a blast watching the mod develop I started playing CS back with the second beta.....

I am waiting for a mod kit for Wolf3d I believe that engine has potential.

I think the Western Mod for Q3 is pretty awesome.

I have the following...

Rocket Arena 3 for Quake 3 <---AWESOME mod, built in mp3 player, a DEFINATE way to polish up those skills, but be prepared to get schooled.

Excessive for Quake 3 <--- just balls to the wall explosions with alot of sailing through the air, just an all out fun mod

Weapons Factory for Quake 3 <--- have gotten around to trying yet

Quake 3 Fortress <--- good tema based mod as long as you are playing with some good people

Tactical Ops for Unreal Tournament <--- play occasionally, similar to Counter Strike but better

This is one I no longer have installed but was pretty dang fun, Rocket Crowbar for Half Life <---a funny mod where you shoot all kinds of wack stuff from the guns.... rocket launcher shot out scientists that exploded if you got to close

TFC and DOD for half life i like.

not alot of people cheat on TFC, they have this anti cheat program that scans your HD for the cheat files and if the server finds it they boot you or ban you. majority of the low ping good servers have the program

its pretty kool.

i heard of a TFC 2 , i wonder what ever happened with that?

Halflife: Counterstrike, Day of Defeat, Firearms.
GP500: addon bike and track updates for each year.
Blood: Legends of Iconoclast.

I don't like Q3 at all, let alone the mods. :p

All of the gaming community would love the answer to that one....

Seriously, click here for GoneGold.com. They are a good resource for finding out info. That link is to the "Release Date" page.

Team Fortress 2 is in the same category as Duke Nukem 4, Doom 4, Quake 3, Unreal Tournament 2.....

Think Counterstrike / Rogue Spear and you're almost there :D

It's a very realistic "special ops"-type mod. You "could" bleed to death from a single shot or instantly from a headshot.

Day of Defeat beta 2.0 (worth the 140MB dl over 56K) for Half-Life eats up a lot of my gaming time. Rocket Arena 2 for Quake2 is better than RA3, imh-notimpressedtoomuchbyprettypictures-o and thats a staple at LAN parties. Sven Co-op for Half-Life is also great at LAN parties. Opera for Half-Life is great fun as well.

Bid for Power is the best MOD for Quake3 I have ever seen. It was a DBZ first but then they got in little trouble so they changed it a bit.
