I was going to buy this game for the first time but I don't know if the platinum pack is better than the gold pack. What does everyone think? The plat pack is 20 bucks extra but it comes with the urban expansion and the gold pack comes with some other type of expansion.

The platinum pack is Rouge Spear, wich was the second full game in the R6 franchise Plus a expansion or two. The gold pack comes With Original R6 and A couple of expansions.

I'd go with the platinum.

GO with the Platinum. It is Rogue Spear and they may release a foruth expansion for this game, where as the Gold Edition of Rainbow Six is it..they wont make another expansion to that. IF you do get Rogue Spear, come to Gamespy and look up Sliver1701X, my name on Gamespy...

Thanks Lycia, I was hoping you would answer cuz I saw you reference this game in another thread. I'll get it this weekend but won't have to time to play it for a couple of weeks due to finals. I'll definately look you up, just don't kick my butt too hard! Anyway, I am getting a couple of boxes set up here in my house so can I go online with a team? Does the game allow that? Do other players allow that? etc.? Thanks.
