Pest Patrol (anti-hacker toolkit) (http://www.safersite.com/) - Evaluation version might not remove anything but only tells you if suspicious software is found.
LeakTest (http://grc.com/lt/leaktest.htm)
Of course, these tools should be used in addition to a hardware or software firewall.
