I have a user that starts her sentences with Because.

Why?

Not sure why it annoys me but it does. Becuase.

Me: Automated Support, how may I help you?

Her: Becuase I need to make icons on the side.

Me: Uhm, I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand..

Her: Because I want my icons on the side.

Me: What Icons?

Her: Becuase my MS word, excel icons are in start, programs and I want them on the side.

Me: You want the MS Short Cut bar?

Her: Becuase I want them on the side.

Me: Because I want to strangle you, I'll be down in a minute.
