You could use STOP to lock up someone's computer at any given time of day with the Task Scheduler. Or you could use Shutdown to do the same thing. Heck, you could put Shutdown in the start menu and send the user on a constant loop through the rebooting process. I could not get the machine back on. i tried everything. Reinstalling everything possible. I guess I should have checked the hub. He disconnected the cable.
