When I am using MSN or Windows messenger anf I use my webcam as soon as I click stop camera I get a blue screen saying there was an error in file win2k.sys.

I hav reinstalled my webcam and the problem still presists so I guess it's somthin to do woth messenger or Windows.

Anyone else experenced any problems of this sort?

I am unable to check the trust faqs because they require registration... have you been to www.trust.com and check out the new drivers and faqs for this product?

BTW what was the blue screen message?

I have been to the trust site and I have the latest drivers and I have checked the FAQ's but couldn't find anything.

The webcam software works fine and works fine with other programs such as Yahoo messenger could this be a problem with messenger?

The blue screen error said there was an error in win2k.sys couldnt get any more info because it restarted the computer

OK turn off the auto restart (right click my computer, properties, advanced, startup and recovery, uncheck the restart on error) so that it can bsod properly and you can read the message and post here.

The webcam with msn messenger feature only works in windows XP. Normally you will get an error telling you this, but for some reason you are not.
