Balloon Tips

I just re-loaded my machine and have forgotten how to do this... With my DSL, I have a shortcut to the LAN connection. This way, I can disable the NIC when I'm not using the connection. (stupid hackers...) Anyway, every time I connect it, the little balloon comes up and tells me my 100 mbit connection is now active. (yeah....I know....I just activated it...)

Anyway, every time I dump, I forget how I turned the stupid thing off. I surfed tweakxp.com and all I can find is the way to do it if your using XP professional with gpedit. There is a way to do it on my Home version....but I forget.

Ahh....yes. Turns out I already had that file in my backup stuff. TweakUI....how could I have forgotten? Thanks!
