SaveNow.exe in Windows XP executing and taking
up 97% of Cpu, what is it, and how do I change it?

savenow.exe is spyware, which will have been installed on your system by some program. It should be listed in Install/Uninstall (Add/Remove) Programs; Uninstall it, but it still may not go away. I'd suggest downloading AdAware from Lavasoft (www.lavasoftusa.com) and running it periodically on your system.
