Quick Launch in ToolBar is gone...?

Hi guys,

My Quick Lauch applications in my Toolbar is gone. I have it enabled in Toolbar properties but the Quick Launch won't show up. But if I try to make a shortcut there, it said there's already a shortcut. What is going on?

I am using Windows 98SE and it happened when I uninstalled couples applications and programs. And used Windows Washer to clean out junks.

You need to remove desktop customisation, reboot and reset it.
