Does anyone know where I could find Packard Bell support, USA version? Their dot com website does not have United States or America listed. I tried to wander around NEC's site but found no help. A direct link to the pc support site would be even better. Its a PB Platinum 4500.

That's amazing - Packard Bell doesn't list the US, or anywhere in North America on their official website! It started out as a US company...

Packard Bell went belly up in North America about 3 years ago.
Reason, lots of crappy computers and customer dissatisfaction.
They did affiliate themselves with Nec, but that deal went south. Nec doesn't make computers for the consumer market anymore. Just servers, monitors, memory and other electronics.
So PB are focusing themselves more in South America and European to Asian countries.
You might be able to find support here.

You could also try Rays Packard Bell site here. (http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Lakes/8774/) there is also a link to another site on that page, but it's broken.
