NO!!!!!!!!! IT IS DESIGNED FOR WIN98 ONLY. YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA IF YOU DO. The only ' safe ' ( loosely speaking ) way of converting FAT to FAT32 with win95 is to use Partition Magic V3 or higher.

If you are talking about the Fat32 converter from Microsoft, I have used it many times on Win95B, as recently as this past Friday. I have never had a problem with it. Of course maybe I have just been lucky. Your milage may vary.

Nevertheless,"be on safe side of caution".
I agree with Darren. Using Partition Magic 4 (or 5)is safe way,I think. There is one thing You have to care - You should have reliable(and uninterruptable) Power Supply. If something switch off power during converting operation,You'll loose Your data.
