is it posible to setup video card with TV output that way that i can do my work on Windows using my TV


i chack that early and the only thing i could see is some fuzzy and unclera screen

TV's have a much lower resolution than monitors, while tvs show you a nice output for a movie, you cannot use them to read text. They are not generally designed for it. You can get monitors that are TV's - but they are expensive.
