This topic isn't at all one of my specialities, far from it.

However, i already have heard that if you create a small network, with two diferent machines, each one with two nics (one to atacho cable modem to internet, othet to conect to router), one router to suport them, and finaly an client computer to see the efects.... The 'shotgun' of both modems would bee possible by combining NAT (network adress translation) with a simple script that alternate very fast and constatly the gateway of the router - a kind of 'cheat'!

Its nothing that i have for granted, just something that a pro guy once told me without big detail.

It makes sense, on oposite to some guys that like to write for the fun of spread confusion...... Yes, its a clear and directed joke on you, the guy who lives surrounded by friends and paranormal networks!

Your premise is valid to a degree..however, most cable internet providers limit bandwidth usage from the cable modem outward..so you would need two cable modems and two internet accounts to accomplish what you want
