AGP Card for MB.

I have a supermicro P6DBE, bx chipset motherboard with a 2x AGP port. I want to use this card located here:

I don’t care if I utilize the 8x speed, I just want to use this card if I could.
The reason is:
1. budget.
2. I need the 128 mb ram on the card for CAD.

Will I have any problems with this 8x card.

It says on the manufacturer website that it supports agp 2x/4x, you should be okay. If you want to be 100% for sure, just get the version that is not 8x agp.
