I would just like to know what happened to JTS. I mean, I'm pretty sure they went out of business, but can someone tell me why? I bought two 3.2 gig hard drives from them, and have had no problem. I was just checking to see if they had any new drivers, and they are gone. They had EXCELLENT service and excellent products!! It's a shame to see such a good company go under. Someone...anyone know the details?? Please E-Mail me. ;(

I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic...JTS was known for manufacturing bad drives, which is why they are out of business. A lot of my friends told me about all the drives they sent back to be replaced under warranty.
From what I've heard, JTS was pretty good about replacing drives under warranty, but there drives were not well made and had a high failure rate.
I read an article a few months ago that mentioned JTS having gone under...I think it was PC World. You may want to check their Internet site for more details...

Dudes:
Yes , JTS is definitely OUT-OF-BUSINESS. If you had returned drive(s), or were due refunds/rebates from them and didn't get anything, you can jump on the legal wagon with the court procedings that are pending in their home state !!
Good riddens, JTS .
