I noticed that there are 7 series (7.84 actually) drivers available on the ATI site for the mobility radeon 9000, both built and powered by ATI.

I have a Dell Inspiron and the newest ones that I can find on their site came out Jan 20 and are 6.xx series, are the new 7's not available from dell or am i just blind?

Also, the cats from the ATI site dont wanna install on the lappie just gives me an error

WTF, tried downloading and reinstalling many times, still nothing.

Also, Im not big on ATI products, so what is the difference between the 6 -> 7?

download the raedeon catalyst drivers with the control panel along with direct x 9 u should be set

I tried, the cats wont work, and yes i do have DX9
