Viewsonic VX500

My Viewsonic VX500, gives a little problem when i go to the command prompt, the right side of the screen becomes garbled and the rest works fine.except i cant see what i am doing on that side, i generally have to either put the monitor off and on again or restart, happens in WinME, not XP

Tried the latest driver for the monitor? (http://www.viewsonic.com/drivers/vs_inf.exe) They also have good support online too (http://www.viewsonic.com/support/index.htm)
