dvi adaptor for matrox g2+

I got this video card for next to nothing but I can't seem to find an adaptor for hd15 vga. I found a dvi-hd15 adaptor but the pinouts were different, very similar but it didn't physically fit the card. Anyone know where an adaptor can be found?
The other numbers on this card are "IBM FRU 10L7133" and on the bag it came in says "G2+/150A/8D"

I have the same card in my pile at home.
You need to go to the IBM site and search by FRU number; that isn't a DVI card, it's a P&D (or something like that).

I found an adapter for it from a cable manufacturer in Ohio. I just can't remember the name of the place :( .

It cost about $45 plus S&H.
