Running app problems

Hi,
One of our XP wrkstations, on our win2000 domain, has a microtek v6usl using the current drivers v.5.12. The problems is that the administrator account is the only account that can execute the application needed to scan in, else it just bombs out. I checked the permissions on the file and all users have full rights to this exe.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Set the users up as a local admin reinstall the software from his account, and then make him a power user....you problem is probably registry access or dll access if you still ahve a problem i will let u know which programs we used to get around this type of problem....
