Okay, i'm running win2k server.....and i have 2 hard drives IDE, on a adaptec on-board raid...and they keep getting orphan file clusters etc etc...become inaccessible...but my scsi drive doesn't..and neither does my non-raid-connected ide-drive.....and after I keep running chkdsk over and over again, even with full surface scan, i keep getting like bad indexes or whatever its called, and lots of files get moved into found.000, and chkdsk complains that there's lots of orphan clusters etc......and this has started happening yesterday, and won't stop......

Sounds more like the raid card than the drives ....

I'm a bit bemused by a system that seems to have a scsi drive, an independant ide drive & a twin array of IDE disks though ... what's up couldn't you make your mind up as to what to use ?:D

Confirm all the setup for us & the motherboard & the raid drivers version please ...
