I bought two of these cards and I'm trying to install them on a Dell Dimension running XP Pro and a clone running 2000 Pro. I'm getting the exact same problem on both. Although it recognizes the device, Windows says the drivers are not digitally signed. If I go ahead and install them anyway, the system faults to a blue screen.

I tried two newer drivers from LeadTek's site that SAID they were on the WHQL and again Windows says they're not signed and the same thing happens. Microsoft does not hae newer drivers of theirown. The card does appear on Microsoft's HCL, so I know it's (hardware) compatible. But I have two completely different PC's running two different OS's with the exact same problem. Both systems are completely up to date patch-wise and the latest service packs are installed. Neither system has any other problems. Both machine greatly exceed the minimum requirements for the card. What could be the problem?

What is the exact bsod? Did you try moving slots?

Can you list your troubleshooting steps so we don't go over old ground?

hmmm sound familiar?

Installation of the card was as straightforward as any other PCI card except for a few hitches. When you start Windows for the first time with the card installed I recommend inserting the WinFast driver disk into your CD-ROM so that you can manually select the drivers on the CD when Windows auto-detects the card. There are four drivers installed with the card, Audio Capture, Crossbar, TVTuner and Video Capture. The first time I installed the card and software everything went without a hitch. When I moved the card to another computer and installed the software, Windows crashed and restarted the computer when installing the Crossbar drivers. I turned the computer back on and Windows redetected the card and tried to install the Crossbar drivers again, and again the computer hard reset. The next time the computer made it to Windows and started to detect the card I skipped the driver installation and attempted to install the drivers from the Setup software on the CD. This also proceeded to fail. From here (http://www.anandtech.com/news/shownews.html?i=19949)
