I have a Vivatar Vivicam 2700 which won't transphere pics to my computer. My modem is on com3 I have a ps/2 mouse, so that should leave com2 open. When I select the twain driver and go to setting is shows unknown speed and unknown port if I change the speed to auto it brings up 57000 bps for speed and com2 for port. However when I try to let the computer take control of the camera it gives me a check serial port or power, also there are times when the computer will just freeze up and I have to reboot. One other thing when selecting the camera it gives me three options grap pics from internal memory get them from cf card in camera or get them from photo reader. I put a 4 meg card in the camera so I should be able to pick the second option but it only lets me pick one or three. Any help would be appreciated.
