LaserJet 5N Network Install

Please Help,
Setting up a Windows 2000 network with 2 lasrjet 5n printers connected via ethernet cables. I have no software for the printers or confiuration details other then the previous network had the printers at IP 192.168.0.200/ 201.
I tried installing printers on server changing ports to tcp/ip settings listed abuve with no luck...
I am sure i'm missing something basic, but first time installing Network printers.
