If you have used Maxtors disk install utility in the past you are problably aware it would only partition and quick format Fat partitions and only if you had an appropriate boot disk. I just installed a new Maxtor witht the 8mb cache and the newest Maxblast cdrom had native ntfs support. It will partition and quick format an 80 mb disk in under 10 seconds. Real timesaver.
