up grade to xp from 98.
windows will not load cd or dvd drivers .

help
the drivers are there . but will not load

This is a known problem, not just caused by Easy CD click here for the fix (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;314060) and Welcome to Windrivers!
