Hi,
Today is the first day I'm joining you all.
Is there anyone to help me?
When I logon to XP, it shows a msg :
... ERROR:An Extended Memory Manager is already installed. XMS Driver not installed.
What error is this? Currently, I'm doing a project using Authorware. I coudn't do a package because of this message. Pls help me...

Welcome to Windrivers gunavision ;) ... there's usually someone 'lurking' here, however if you are in a rush try chat.
Does this message stop windows booting & running or just 'Authorware' & did it just start after you'd installed that ?
Windows xp shouldn't need an extended memory manager being designed to work with more than 1024k, methinks something has added some code not required ....

Thanks for your reply confus-ed.
Nope, it doesn't stop windows. I couldn't use my packeged .exe file.
When I click the packeged multimedia application, this msg is appear.
Hope you will help me. ...

So the message pops up when you try & run the application 'authorware' & only then ?
I suspect your application is designed for a DOS environment, rather than winows xp, see if this can help you ... Legacy apps at home with XP (http://insight.zdnet.co.uk/software/applications/0,39020466,2119174,00.htm) (you want page two, which descibes with pictures! how to use the 'compatibility mode wizard')
You might need a little experimenting to figure whether it needs this mode to install the app or run the app or even both ...
