Restart on Shutdown

I have a PC with Win98 (notSE) and on restart will shutdown. Shutdown is OK!!
Any ideas??? I did put in a new Hard Drive and everything else seems to be working OK. Thanks for your help!!!!!!

TripleRLtd - Thanks!!! Info at microsoft got me going in the right direction. Ended up updating the driver to my NIC card - now everything seems to be working!! Thanks Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!
