smc modem/router in use in UK ,,,,setting please?

ok , scratchin my brains out here ,,,snc bra7014 ,,modem / router

strugglin to get settins right ,,,am using tiscali , can supply settins if nessesary.

haveseen those settings , and wonder if they are correct.

have set the router to factory default , the lights are on ,,,,but nobodies home!!! ,,,its connecting but not going anywhere.there is no connect on virtual circit 0 ,,,if u press renew ,,it pings like hell ,,,but no connection ,
ok this will be a pig to setup , coz i will have to keep changin connection to come back here.if anyone has one set up , i will ring them and ask to be talked thru
