Advent 7365 DVD notebook

Hi, i have a Advent 7365 DVD notebook L7300/L7200, i am trying to update the operating system to windows xp, but the modem does not work in windows xp, where could i get the right driver for the modem?

As seen on the page below thats a soft56k rockwell which XP does not like
I might be tempted to run this program to determine the chipset
