Has anyone see any problems with using AOL 9.0 when login into Exchange 2003 web interface to access their email. I have a customer that when she uses AOL 9.0 she tries to login, but instead of login in she get the login window popup again with a mail.blahblah.org/herusername. I tried to have her uses the domain/user name to logon, but same results. On the same computer using the same user i can logon to Exchange 2003 web using Internet Explorer. The problem just happens with AOL.
Thanks

I came to the conclusion that AOL 9.0 just will not work with Exchange 2003. I am having our customer just use Internet Explorer instead. Personally I would never use AOL and always use IE instead.

I was actually going to suggest that, but I didn't think I knew enough about that to speculate...Thanks for following up with us!

Actually my bet is that the popup blocker built into AOL is keeping her from getting in. That's my 2 cents.
